Had my door installed about 10 years ago. It still works great. Had my old garage door opener upgraded almost 4 years ago and had new springs put on the door 6 months ago. Each time I've called for assistance, they respond very promptly and with friendly service. Very helpful. In my opinion, they are the best.
I have had 3 different doors installed on my property in 10 years .All haVE HAD PROBLEMS THAT COULD OF BEEN TAKEN CARE OF WITH LITTLE WORK . Instead after numerous calls they elected not to take care of any of there faults I have had to either pay someone to fix it try fixing it myself or just leaving it and let it annoy my family .You would think i would have learned the second time BUT In a package deal they came in while i was not here and installed the third door . Called, made an appointment and James came out to my house on-time and as scheduled. He explained where the problems were with my garage door, fixed them and he got paid. Overall, James was friendly, professional and pretty much everything I expect of business owners. The only downside to doing business with James and Overhead Door Company in Mountain Home is his website.
