We bought over $10,000 worth of garage doors and the garage doors do not go up and down right when it is wet outside. We called to have them come look at it and they did not fix it and charged us$300
Robert offered great service and a professional quote, answered any questions about the OHD product, and I'd work with him again. We ended up going with a different product, but it was a close call. OHD has a pretty good price/feature ratio for a residential garage door. Above and beyond as well during the quote service - he noticed how our existing OHD garage door was broken, and adjusted the spring so we could manually raise and lower it.
