Just had my garage door fixed, I called them this morning at 7:30, the gentleman on the phone was so nice he was able to get someone here within an hour. I would use them again!
Needed a part for my garage door opener. They checked their inventory and found what I needed. Picked up the part and had a few questions which they took time to explain a couple of things to check.
Same as other unsatisfied customers. They give you an estimate for work that you requested. It tricks you into thinking they have a more competitive deal, then they turn around and bill you for "extra work" that had to be done. They give you the run around and the manager is just as crooked as the rest of them. Now the doors won't work less than a year after installing them and I'm definitely not using them to repair them. Worst company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. *WARNING*
Great experience!! No reason to go anywhere else but this place. Vary nice people to deal with
