We have used Overhead Door before and do not recall such terrible service. We most recently contacted them to replace a broken spring. They were able to dispatch someone the same day which was nice. Upon greeting the tech we immediately started the bad vibes when he started the conversation with an abrupt “here to fix your garage”. Ok, so we show him to the garage, starts doing something and comes back 30 min later with “your door requires a custom spring, I need to go get it but its $150 trip charge”.
