Failed to show up I scheduled Whitehall Door to install my garage door opener. It was scheduled for a Monday between 2pm and 5pm. I took time off of work to wait for the installer. On that day, I called Whitehall Door at 5pm because the installer did not show up and I did not receive a phone call. When I called at 5pm, Steve answered the phone and said "Awe I'm sorry, we had someone call in sick we are not going to be able to make it out there today.....I guess I should have called you" I declined to reschedule and I feel it... read more
Whitehall Door is awesome! They are always super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They came out to service my garage door on the same day I called! Unbelievable!
Very, very pleased with everything...the professionalism of the entire staff, the courteous service of the technician, and the top quality work that was performed. I had a new opener installed a on a garage door that had been replaced by my contractor. They took the time to realign the door and make other adjustments so that it would open and close like it is supposed to. I should have had them do all of the work. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
