In the middle of this snow storm my garage door rollers fell out of their track and I could not shut my door or remove my car. The weather was -5 F outside and my furnace and water heater are in the garage that I could not close. I called Overhead Door and they sent Mike R. within three hours. I was so relieved to see him as he reassured me everything would be repaired. Within the hour he had the the door working like new. He explained how I can maintain the door. Mike R. was calming and competent. Thank you!
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. James explained all our options clearly and answered all my questions. Our installation technician was very thorough and efficient. The woman who answered my phone calls is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m sorry I missed their names. Tried to work with this company several times. Always very polite but nothing ever resolved. Parts were not brought out when they promised they would have them on the truck. Then they changed their mind on the advice they gave us. Had us buy new openers they could install and was told they would only charge for 1 of the 2 doors for our inconvenience.
