Called on Monday and my garage door was fixed by Tuesday at noon and only needed a few adjustments. Chuck, Rick and their crew are Awesome!
In the middle of this snow storm my garage door rollers fell out of their track and I could not shut my door or remove my car. The weather was -5 F outside and my furnace and water heater are in the garage that I could not close. I called Overhead Door and they sent Mike R. within three hours. I was so relieved to see him as he reassured me everything would be repaired. Within the hour he had the the door working like new. He explained how I can maintain the door. Mike R. was calming and competent. Thank you!
