James arrived as scheduled. Saw the problem and promtly fixed it. Then checked and lubrecated. Was frendly and efficient.
Service Technician, James, made a call to our house today as per our request for service and new replacement keypad and remote. James was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and did a thorough job of servicing our garage door. We are pleased with our dealings with Overhead Door Company of South Central Indiana.
Reached out for help with a minor repair due to a storm last night. A technician was at our house before 9a. He was professional and efficiently completed the repair. His explanations were great and he made a few adjustments to both of our garage doors while he was here. This is our second fantastic experience with Overhead Door. Truly outstanding customer service is nearing extinction but these guys have it figured out. I highly recommend.
My wife's garage door wouldn't function. I called Overhead Door a littlie past 8 AM and they had James here at 11:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed a circuit board failure and replaced it promptly. James was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
