Fantastic door, windows and unique treasures. Came to get a framed replacement door which was surprisingly less than the big box equivalent by 40%. Incredible selection of doors over two huge warehouses. The surprise was the unique assortment of signs, furniture, sculpture, stained glass and more. A hidden architecture museum in downtown Spokane.
We had a fantastic experience at Overhauser’s we are building a new house and they were super helpful in helping us find the proper sizes and styles that we were going for in doors and windows. We ended up getting quite a few quality exterior doors for a discounted price. Bring cash, they don’t take cards. Fun to check out all the taxidermy too!!
Best place to buy windows and doors. We did all the windows in our first house. Great service. Great prices. In our third home now. Just bought a brand new front door. Wood grained fiberglass with leaded half glass. Retailed online for $1250.00 got it for $650.00. Already predrilled for door handle and deadbolt and recessed for hinges. Also bought our double glass French doors for our media room. Thank you Dan and associates for such great service. It is very much appreciated.
I love this place. They have so many floors of doors and windows and all kinds of other hard to find things. I looked all over town and could not find the doors I needed for a house built in 1912. These guys had them. And knew exactly where they were and helped me quickly.
We are a painting company. And when someone tells you that you can paint right over a lacquer. You just need to scuff it up. Is wrong. We were expecting to buy 3 of the same doors. Not two and one stained that is of a different type of wood. And if it's si easy to do why don't you do the proper prep work. This adds more labor and materials to the job.
