Does not stand behind products. I bought a battery and charger. Charger is defective and failed on first use. Would not return or exchange, but sent me to the manufacturer for support. That is a long and tedious process. Lame.
Primarily an internet business but was very willing to help out a local like myself. Guy named Kevin (owner?) spent a good hour showing me different setups and explaining things. Super friendly guy that you can tell is genuinely into the hobby. I made a several hundred dollar purchase in person with him that I've been having a blast with. I've already put in my first internet order as well that shipped same day and arrived at my home in PSL the next day via USPS.
