Very unprofessional. They don’t care about drivers. They give fake pickup and delivery times. Then later don’t want to pay detention. They refuse to pay detention because they don’t have an actual appointment at the delivery. Will never do business with them again. Bunch of scam artists. Waited for more than 10 hours to get loaded at shipper. It clearly says on their rate confirmation that detention maxes out at $250. They only paid $150 for layover. Nothing for detention. I'm disappointed to have to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to address the unprofessional behavior of Lee, who has consistently failed to meet the standards of your company. I hope Lee takes this feedback seriously and makes a genuine effort to improve their behavior and work ethic.
