Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be working with this broker again, and I strongly advise others to stay away — better to walk away than deal with this kind of mess. This broker consistently provided incorrect pickup numbers and times, causing significant delays and showing a complete lack of accountability. Despite the delays being entirely on their end, they deducted $400 from the agreed rate without proper justification, after sending multiple random pickup numbers and conflicting appointment times. Very unprofessional. They don’t care about drivers. They give fake pickup and delivery times. Then later don’t want to pay detention. They refuse to pay detention because they don’t have an actual appointment at the delivery. Will never do business with them again. Bunch of scam artists. Waited for more than 10 hours to get loaded at shipper. It clearly says on their rate confirmation that detention maxes out at $250. They only paid $150 for layover. Nothing for detention. Awesome freight carrier. They get our products to our customer job sites fast, inexpensive, and SAFE! Tony and Stefanie and incredible to work with.

I'm disappointed to have to write this review, but I feel it's necessary to address the unprofessional behavior of Lee, who has consistently failed to meet the standards of your company. I hope Lee takes this feedback seriously and makes a genuine effort to improve their behavior and work ethic.
