OverCtrip is only an agent, and they are extremely RUDE. I've booked 6 days trip to Europe, and because of the strike in Paris, I had to change flight, and request to change airport pick up time. They've changed it for me, but they said change the pick up time was CHEATING. The attitude toward client was TERRIBLE. If you are looking for a friendly customer service and customer care experience, I'd strongly suggest you AVOID OverCtrip.
