En mi opinión personal, todo está yendo bien. No tenemos vecinos molestos, fumigan constantemente y dan mantenimiento constante, lo único que no nos cambiaron la alfombra del apartamento cuando llegamos, vamos para 2 años en el apartamento y siguen unas manchas en la alfombra, pero todo ha sido muy bueno desde que empezó la nueva administración unos meses atrás.
Pros: Timely & efficient maintenance (always respond within 24 hours and they have a weekend emergency hotline), MUCH better management under Jonathan than the last property manager, GREAT location (minutes from downtown, I-85, and other community necessities). Nice safe neighborhood to walk in. Most residents are nice and respectful. Wooded area between complexes with picnic tables and a pond. Feels secluded even though it's right on Wade Hampton. Excellent place to live. Very affordable with great management and very efficient and well equipped maintenance team. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately! The manager John is always very responsive to any issues! A+++++
Terrible place to live! They are rude,and my daughter was constantly harassed,and was always on time with rent. She is a veteran with ptsd! What Terrible people, and they rummaged through her personal items,total invasion of privacy,she never felt safe! I'm glad she left there,apartments are cheap and ugly,and horribly managed, shame on you! I'm surprised no one has brought charges against you for unlawfully spying on residents! Very unfair, and un-American! Don't live there! No privacy!!
