I do not recommend living here. They tell you that you get a clean apartment when moving in and you don't. There were items left behind in cabinets from previous tenants and covered in dirt. I was told my carpet was shampooed and it wasn't. It smelled like dog pee and I rented a shampooer for myself and cleaned the carpet. Water was black everytime I cleaned it. They are lazy on repairs. MOLD & BAD MANAGEMENT: To start off a new property manager (Marsha) was brought onto the team and she is not professional at all! She will ILLEGALLY enter your apartment without your consent while you are moving!! No notice letter or email, nothing! She will gladlly admit to the illegal activity she does.
