Staying here for a year was okay. Unfortunately some of the neighbors made it unbearable. The people below our apartment on the first floor would cook on a portable grill (which you’re not supposed to have) at anytime between Midnight and 3 AM, using gas, and it’d leak into our apartment, waking us up in the middle of the night thinking there’s a gas leak somewhere and start investigating. Horrible place! We went to view the apartments and the lady there was extremely rude. She said she would not allow my service dog (not an ESA). We went to an apartment and there were roaches on the floor and counter in both kitchen/bathroom. Disgusting.
Worse management I have ever dealt with. Look elsewhere . They are very hateful to lost dogs and have no compassion for animals or humans .
I would never rent here based on the behavior I witnessed today of the office manager's lack of care and concern to even treat another human being with respect. Too many options to accept this kind of treatment ever! Karma is a real thing...just saying!
