If you're on their BBB profile, then it's probably too late for you. Be aware that these folks will call, pretend to be your buddy, offer you some gift (like a gift card, ice chest, or other token), confirm your shipping address, and passively mention that they'll also send you one of their products. Unless you explicitly decline (sometimes repeatedly) their products or to place an order, they will take that as consent to buy that product. Apparently back at it again. Received phone call from this company.. individual refused to identify who they represented (only their personal name. I found the company name by call history). Refused to answer questions as to the purpose of the call. Very pushy/insistent in their way to gather information about our business maintenance program and manager. Shady. Called and acted like he knew people in our office. He even tried to tell me he wasn't selling me anything, but was trying to schedule a time to update the MRO on our T3 or some such nonsense. Now I know if any products arrive here from them that I am going to sick my staff on them to take it all back for free. I hate shady sales tactics.

They force companies to pay for products that was never authorized. The. force a collection agency on the company. Do no do business with these horrible people. They have no morals and are super disrespectful. Worst business ever
