Incredible experience with Breck and Deverie. We have been through a long journey finding the right home for us and the team was so helpful guiding us to right home based on what was most important to us. Would never work with anyone else in the Tahoe area.
Breck & Jen helped us sell partial ownershiip in a house that we had previously owned in its entirety. It was virtuoso work not only in terms of finding buyers, but also navigating the closing process, which was made so much more difficult because we had to fractionalize the property and come up with an operating agreement with the buyer. They were truly amazing: by the far the most skilled, professional, and thorough real estate team I've ever worked with.
My family and I recently relocated to the Truckee/Tahoe area for work and were introduced to Breck via a mutual friend and realtor in Park City. The home buying process took about 18 months for us and we never felt rushed or pressured to perform even though it must've felt like an eternity for him and his team. In the end, my family won and landed a fabulous house, in a fantastic location, at the price that we wanted to pay.
