Edit to add: They have now blocked our number, mind you, still under contract with them until February 2024. First time needing a contractor, so we knew little about what to expect. Thought this company seemed genuine in wanting to help and to take on the work, but we were sadly mistaken. Worst experience ever!!!! So beyond pissed!
First time needing a contractor, so we knew little about what to expect. Thought this company seemed genuine in wanting to help and to take on the work, but we were sadly mistaken. Chris and Jed were amazing. Great communication and professionalism. Very clear and precise with expectations and follow up. Having the public adjuster option through them was also great. Being able to have Chris take care of all aspects of the job through the insurance agency was perfect. I highly recommend Over the Top Roofing.
Did great work quickly. Cleaned up after work done and really helped with insurance.
