Katie is truly amazing!! I was having the hardest time getting my baby to latch on correctly and was dealing with pain because of it. When I contacted katie she was fast to respond and come to my aid. (I really appreciated that.) She knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and now things are going great! Having Katie come to see us in our home was so perfect, we were able to work together on positioning to correct less-than-ideal latching and I knew I’d be able to replicate them on my own later because I wasn’t going to have to try and think through how to do the same thing in a new space on no sleep. She was also super respectful of what I was willing and not willing to try and worked with us at our own pace. She totally changed my breastfeeding experience for the better.
My baby recently had a tongue/lip tie release and Katie helped me understand what to expect in the upcoming weeks as my baby recovers as well as providing resources to help with his mobility and sucking. Katie came to my home which was so convenient! It was so great to have her insight on our breastfeeding journey, and I will absolutely be reaching out to her again if we start to struggle again.
Katie was referred by so many people in the community. She helped build confidence in my ability to breast feed and recommended products to help my baby transition to breast feeding better. Could not recommend her more!!
Just the initial visit with Katie made breast feeding with my baby a world of difference. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. She showed me how to hold my baby for his comfort to allow his feeding experience to be better which made the latch stronger and more successful. She also showed me and my husband how to do a lymphatic drainage massage on my breasts which helped tremendously with discomfort. I highly recommend Katie and her services, you will feel more confident and independent after.
