I honestly cannot rate food, service, nor atmosphere due to the lack of all the above. I was with a party of 6 that were initially advised of a wait of 25 minutes or less. After chatting outside of the restaurant for 55 minutes without notice from the host, we inquired of the status for our "brunch". We were told that the kitchen was behind, yet the hostess managed to seat everyone else who had been wanting. This is the last time I'll go to this restaurant. I've been to this restaurant a number of times and every time the food is cooked differently. Today the hashbrowns were cooked but they were cold, the eggs and sausage were over cooked, the sourdough toast was burned. The coffee and ice water were good. Also, the way the sun comes through the windows is way too bright..you'd think they could invest in some shades or screens. Really good handmade chicken fried steak. Scramble was great. Small inside but worth it if there's a wait.
