If I could give zero stars, I would. Jake McGrath, Chief Operating Officer at Over-All Electric, sent me a rude email blaming me for the arcing activity in my electrical panel. To provide context, I moved into a new condo less than a year ago, which Over-All Electric LLC wired. With my experience in the electrical trade, I assessed potential fire hazards; smoke was coming out of the panel. Love my new kitchen lights!!!! Everyone was so friendly and professional - from Jake coming out to my house and asking the right questions to make sure that I'd get exactly what I wanted, to Chris doing the install, double checking what Jake and I had discussed. I highly recommend this company!
I hired Over All Electric to help me get my Mom's house up to code so we could sell it after she passed. They were so friendly and professional and made me feel like family. Everyone I dealt with from the electrician to the finance person were fantastic. I would hire them again for sure!
