Easily the most effective workouts I have ever done. I have lived in multiple cities and been a member of numerous commercial gyms as well as had access to the fitness center at a major university. Years of exercising at those facilities gave me less progress than the last year with Mike Over at Over Achieve Fitness. Every workout you feel as if you have accomplished a new goal.
I have never had a work-out like the one at OAF..you are pushed passed limits you thought you would never achieve! A work-out is never the same as a previous one which makes it fun to go! No monotony here!! I lost 4 inches from my waist in 3 months...hard work pays off here!
OAF is the place to be if you're ready to get serious about fitness. It's an incredibly welcoming environment with top notch equipment that you won't find anywhere else. Mike will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of and offers constant support and motivation. Try it out... You have nothing to lose except maybe some unwanted fat!
Being a single mom I didn't have the time for me. So, when my daughter was old enough I decided that I had time . So I joined OAF. I am diabetic. I wanted to get my body back in shape and wanted to help control my diabetes. I haven't been more proud of my body and my health. Mike motivates me not just at workouts but in life in general. This place is for real, this is NOT a gimmick driven gym in any way. Mike is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. There is a camaraderie among the members that really makes you really feel like you belong...no matter your fitness level. A family type atmosphere of people who work hard.
Talk about pain...but no pain no gain right? Mike is awesome at making me feel like I can accomplish anything and I leave his class feeling like I could conquer the world! Thanks Mike for helping me get this post baby body back in shape!
Mike cares so much about us. My inbox and Facebook are updated daily with tips on nutrition, exercise studies, workouts and motivation. During classes he recognizes my limitations and offers subtle tweaks to routines so that I can get full benefit of the workout. As a 55 year-old runner with the upper-body strength of a T-Rex I need all the help I can get to compete with the younger studs in my age group. I have been with Mike Over since the beginning, and now it's been over 2 years. The workouts are grueling, but you feel great when leaving at the end. He has helped me go from 248lbs to 215lbs. I fluctuate by 3 or so lbs weekly but when you love to eat, that will happen!!! Highly highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed!!
