Phenomenal service! Doctors were very thorough and checked everything they needed to check. They provided education and reassurance to help with both my physical and mental health! Kate and Hira were absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
New to Wangaratta after 30 years away. Contacted the reception about 2 things but more so about can i return as a former patient Reception advised that the Practice Manager needs to make the decision. Nearly a week later, i called and was advised that the Practice Manager needs to seek approval from the owners! OMG really! Maybe they need to interview me and contact 3 referees The clinic has certainly changed, not for the better, there doctor friendly approach to now an authoritative approach I will wait for the process
I find it so hard to get through to make an appointment all the bullshit you have to listen to before actually speaking to a receptionist. Theeirvmanner is rude ,short and Its like what what are you ringing for ! My doctor was sick last week got another little Chinese lady nothing against her but she really didnt listen to me l wanted a mri on my knee but she said xray and see pysho . I said l know my knee cause i had my other done years back . I felt like l didnt get the attention l needed
