Decided to use the online booking system to schedule a service for my partners car. Got a confirmation saying a representative will respond in 1-2 days however after 10 days l still hadn't heard from them! I ended up calling and booking it in but it is very annoying and time consuming especially when it's designed to make it "easy" but the technology fails to work, or the company is utilising it.
