Just wanted to share a "shout out" to Robin @ Wangaratta Kia for her excellent customer service. We really appreciated her keeping us informed of a part arrival & never forgetting about us over the several months for the part to arrive, as we brought the vehicle new in 2025 from another dealer & do not reside in Wangaratta. Rare these days, but, Robin showed us there are still people willing to take an interest in there customers.
Didn't try to wrangle a deposit from me luke the next closest Kia dealer. Nice people.
More than happy with Ovens Kia. Started using them on word of mouth recommendation from another customer. Far superior customer service compared to another regional dealer where we bought our first Kia Seltos from. They don't just service the car and leave it, they go through the paperwork with you and give the car a quick wash after it's serviced.
