Considering Oven and Shaker? Gracie’s Apizza Owner says, if you are not his regular customer, he doesn’t give one HOOT! O&S delivers owner created Pinnapple Trainwreck, a taste to return for, happy hour or not…. We tried 2 pies in the Pearl. Pizza flavor is similar to Mi Famiglia in Oregon City. Mi Famiglia tastes like they use higher quality ingredients and have been in the game longer. Oven and Shaker crust has a lovely sour flavor, is chewy and re-heats well.
Most amazing place! Pizza was phenomenal and the beet salad… to die for! Waitstaff was exceptional
