The very second we walked through the the door Friday July 10th, 2026 the greeting was warm and welcoming to 2 distraught parents and our very ill boy. Dr. Mason was incredibly professional, kind, empathetic, understanding and personable. He Knew how we felt and his compassion was very much appreciated. Our experience at Smith Lane has been extremely positive. From reception onward, staff are friendly, knowledgeable - they seem to genuinely love working there! Our Doberman had surgery (Dr. Khan goes above & beyond) there, followed by a very thorough rehab consult and follow-up, and attended 8 rehab sessions - care was excellent, facility environment was clean, organized. Dr. Durzi and Dr. Khan have taken incredible care of our dog, Farley, for nearly 8 years now. What has always stood out to us is the amount of time and genuine care they put into understanding the root cause of any issue and properly diagnosing and treating his needs. That level of attention and compassion means the world to us and is something that can be hard to find. We’ve always felt Farley was in the best hands with them. Would highly recommend.
