Vicki’s services are exceptional. The environment was nice, cool and welcoming. I came in for a wash, press and trim. She washed my hair so thoroughly, better than any other beautician ever has and my silk press and trim was perfect.
Loved everything Vicki did!! She was so thoughtful and treated my hair with such care and the finished product is beyond what I had hoped! I also had a great time chatting with her! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
I’ve been going to Vicki for going on two years now. Every visit is nothing short of courteous, accommodating and professional. After moving to Austin from Houston I was hoping to find someone skilled with Black hair and with years of experience, Vicki is miles beyond that. I’m so happy I found her shop!
