Went through the whole application process and did it quickly, anything Kristine asked for we got it to her right away. Within a week we had toured the apartment and completed the application process. Came down to 2 days before we had to move in because Kristine had stated we needed to sign by the 8th if we wanted the apartment so we rushed everything to make sure we were approved and signing by the 8th. The biggest bunch of caniving cheating law breaking rats I have come across in my life . I lived at this complex for over a year and a half and have had nothing but complaints & frequent issues with plumbing & appliance malfunctions. I own 2 dogs which naturally bark in excitement when I return home from work (something I have no control over). I received numerous complaints of noise disturbances as a result my dog's excitement. I even limited nightlife activities and kept them locked up in the bathrooms, laundry room & closet and still continued receiving complaints. As professionals and seniors we are impressed with the level of excellence we have encountered with Ovation Management Company. This level of excellence is also reflected with the outstanding property level management and maintenance team here at Radiance at Grand Canyon. As a brand new secured building all the entrances have electric keyless entry except one. We love taking the stairs which are located in the center of the building for the exercise. Please save yourself the time of applying for an apartment at Harmony or crescendo in Las Vegas. They are rude, demanding, anddo not know how to do their job. I have fax things over to them so many times and they keep coming back to me saying they have not received it. And people want to know what I did with my money, when I bought furniture to live in that place and was almost killed in a car accident and had to buy a car. I lived here for 5 years and it was hell on earth. I could probably write a book about all of the things that went wrong but I will only highlight the worst. First, the roaches. And my husband and I lived on the second floor. We had the exterminator come all the time but every single day we would come home, grab a shoe and kill at least 2-5 roaches a night! Gross!
