Alert for all especially Groupon customers – I bought 300 usd worth of Groupons for lazer hair removalI at Skinovative now called Ovation Med Spa. I am not happy with the customer service I tried to give this feedback to the company today however the person I had the issue with was said she was the manger Ms Orman and when I asked to speak to someone else she told me I could not speak to anyone else and there was no name of anyone else I could have. Friendly staff – A heads up for those of you first timers, you might want to find Nord Strom before finding this place. It is extremely hard to find this place right off the street address provided. I was there twice and was lost both times. Fortunately, their staff was so professional and friendly that they were very helpful both times. Especially the second time, I was very frustrated that this happened again but their front desk handled the pressure very well. Not all med spas are created equal – I have tried several and Skinovative is hands down the best medspa I've come across. Not only do they have the best equipment in the business, they also hire the best. The staff is welcoming, friendly and will bend over backward to make you happy. I Love Skinovative – I went to a dermatologist before for the same treatment that I received at Skinovative and was very dissatisfied with my results. Response to Joe28 – Dear Joe28, Please allow me to address your story and say I'm sorry to hear about the burns. From what I can understand, you did both Lipo EX body contouring and IPL photorejuvenation treatments. However, it was the Lipo Ex treatment where you are saying you got burned. Burned – The owner, Chris was very detailed in my IPL treatment as well as Daj and Phyllis. I purchased the LipoX package (spending over $3,000). The machine was new and the staff was going through the training. I was told they had tried it on a client and it felt like "a hot stone massage, relaxing enough to fall asleep".
