Simply put, the Carpal Tunnel Release surgery performed by Ovation Hand Institute has changed my life in a matter of 3 days. The photo is post procedure Day 2. I was in and out of the procedure room in about 15 minutes. The entire staff was outstanding, from my initial consult with Tarrah to contact from the billing staff to the intake staff on the day of surgery. The staff, procedure and results from my carpal tunnel surgery were excellent, highly recommend ovation for that. They have wonderful, kind staff and are very responsive to questions. The process and procedure is quick, although they do only perform one Friday per month. The prep and procedure was quick, note you do need someone to drive you due to the numbing of your hand. You can watch the procedure on the ultrasound machine, which is pretty cool. The only part that hurts a little is the cutting, and it is more of a burnin... read more

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely confident with the decision to get both hands done. I had relief for approximately 3 months on each side, but at the 3-month point got 2 trigger fingers on each hand, have had to find a new doctor to inject one of them and pay more $$ for that. Nobody even bothered to call and schedule my 3-month followup for my 2nd procedure, but why would they, they've gotten their $$. Now that I'm back to regular life and activities my pain and numbness have returned 8 and 6 month... read more
