Stored embryos here. After a lot of thought and years paying storage fees and counseling I decided discarding my embryos was the best move. It was a very painful decision to make. I emailed and called them in early Feb and it took 2 months for them to simply send me the discard form. I emailed them at least 25 times and called at least 15 times, sometimes waiting upwards of 2 hours on hold. It took me getting a lawyer to get the discard form. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had a good experience and would recommend them to anyone needing fertility treatment. The lab was successful for me.

Please do not use this clinic. My experience with this facility has been extremely disappointing. I called for a procedure and was given inaccurate information. This lead me to schedule a visit and at that time of my procedure I was not informed of any other fees. After about a month I got a bill for thousands over what I was told. When I called to ask them what the extra costs were they were not able to tell me why and told me they couldn't do anything about it. So I was stuck paying thousands over what I was told. Well, that will not be easy for me to write. My experience with ovation lab was not great. In Feb 2020 I had my 1st retrieval, I got 6 embryos and had them PGT-A tested. 3 embryos had a result (one was abnormal so we donated it for research) and 3 other had result (“no amplification”). They asked for consent to thaw for a second biopsy, we gave it, and all 3 died in the thaw process. It broke my heart. I cried for 3 days straight.
