Honestly so frustrated with this place! There’s another post here that says maintenance doesn’t do anything and it’s true. I’ve made so many tickets and they close them out without even having a look. I’ve asked to get a cabinet under the sink fixed and it took them half a year because, “parts are hard to receive”. It could be true. But why close out the ticket? So it got fixed. I have lived here for almost three years. The property was not quite well maintained by the previous property management company. The maintenance was slow. But the rent was cheaper and affordable. It is kind of reasonable with cheap rent and slow maintenance. The good news is the property management was changed late last year. They are doing more maintenance in the apartment complex like exterior wall, trees, etc. And everything is going to the right direction. By far the absolute worst experience of apartment living that I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ovation has the most backwards, misleading, uncommunicative, money hungry, non-empathetic team of “management” that I have ever seen. I wouldn’t trust not one. Every and I do mean EVERY last one of those people in that management office will smile in your face, talking a real good game and tell you one thing then hit you with some random last minute fees that don’t even add up when you least expect it.
