On February 6, 2020, Taylor Morrison announced their purchase of William Lyon Homes. In a matter of weeks, the price of the home I was considering in Ovation at Oak Tree went up about $30,000.00. In light of this development, I started considering other options. In my opinion, the new development of Eagles Bluff is a far better value.
For the out of state (Portland) company that stated all homes have stairs at Ovation at Oak Tree, this is absolutely false. The homes are all gorgeous 2 and 3 bedroom ONE LEVEL homes. Great community! Amazing neighbors. You will love living here!

The location is superior and is next to a private beach on Puget Sound. Eagles Bluff is also located within Jubilee which is a gated community. Ovation is not a gated community.
