The community is awesome, well kept, maintenance is very responsive and communication is excellent. The management team is very hard working and they help find solutions to situations. From the management team to the maintenance team, they are some of the best I’ve interacted with . Do yourself a favor and check them out. -RB
Newest property manager, Melanie, is so unbelievably vindictive. Anytime you ask the office to do anything, they tell you they’ll check into it and get back to you. They never get back to you, they’re basically patting you on the head and shoving you out of the office. Maintenance is a joke and when a repair is too hard for him, he just wings it and botches the repair. A little while back, my rent increase was $150 a month, that was a 13% increase!!
