This is the second time they've towed my girlfriends car. They try to make things tedious for registering a car to stay overnight at the guest parking lot, and if you don't do it on time, they will tow your car away. They have a tow guy (Capital Tow), circling around the parking lot hours on day like a cat waiting for a mice to come out. If you have family, do not move here. It doesnt feel like home. You will not be allowed to bring in guests and if you do they will send you violation notices. They also will tow ur guests car costing you $360. DO NOT RENT HERE.
My husband and I moved in about 8 months ago and have really enjoyed our time here! The other residents are mostly friendly and the office staff is great (shout out to Carmen!) I’ve never lived anywhere with maintenance being so on top of things. All our issues were quickly resolved after moving in.
100% should rent from here, nice distance from everything and has good scenery in the area.
