I lived in Ovation for 3-4 years and for the most part had an okay experience. AC went out once in the middle of the summer and the staff forgot to follow-up with maintenance to fix it. Stove went out and the staff forgot to put in a work request until I followed back up a few days later. I was able to move past this as the particular staff member retired. The community is awesome, well kept, maintenance is very responsive and communication is excellent. The management team is very hard working and they help find solutions to situations. From the management team to the maintenance team, they are some of the best I’ve interacted with . Do yourself a favor and check them out. -RB
Newest property manager, Melanie, is so unbelievably vindictive. Anytime you ask the office to do anything, they tell you they’ll check into it and get back to you. They never get back to you, they’re basically patting you on the head and shoving you out of the office. Maintenance is a joke and when a repair is too hard for him, he just wings it and botches the repair. A little while back, my rent increase was $150 a month, that was a 13% increase!!
