Wonderful service. Took my car there when spark plugs were misfiring and another shop said it could only be handled by the dealership. Now, it had just come from the dealer for another spark plug misfiring. I'd asked for a tune up before these issues happened and at the dealer but somehow the work wasn't done appropriately. Oval not only did the work, and in a timely fashion, he wondered why it hadn't been done when the first spark had gone bad. We took my wife's car to a chain auto-repair garage because it had a little front end rattle. They told us it needed new shocks, a control arm, sway-bar links, and a power steering flush (haven't heard of that). The total cost was going to be over $1100. We decided to bring it to oval for a second opinion. The control arm didn't need replacing, it was just a little rusty; no power steering flush was needed and best of all this car doesn't even have sway bar links! THIS SHOP IS BY FAR THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN MICH. HOUNEST PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCED MECHANICS DONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THEY KNOW THERE FORDS BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP.
I never would of expected such fast,honest car repair ever. My last experience at a dealership was horrible. Last friday my car broke down and I took it here for service I was amazed at how fast they fixed it and how hounest the owner was. I have found a new place to take my ford.
