I love this doctor but the lady at the desk does not know how to answer the phone. I have called so many times and no answer. Even when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment, the phone rang 5 times and she didn’t answer any of them. Thinking about leaving because it is so hard to talk to anyone here. Very disappointing.
First time in for a cleaning in a very long time. Damien made my process with insurance super convenient, and Mya was super sweet and patient with my cleaning.
I had my first visit here today. Did X-rays and a cleaning. Have to get a couple fillings filled which I was expecting would need to happen. But I am sad they don’t give their customers a goody bag (floss, toothpaste, toothbrush) after their cleaning appointment; it’s the one thing I look forward to in a cleaning appointment. Awe 🫢
I LOVE Dr. Vacarean, Dr. Kim and Loraine. I have a severe phobia of dental work and all 3 couldn't have been more gentle and personable. My dry humor and fear probably scared Dr. Kim so I apologize. I have had major work with all 3 and couldn't recommend them enough. So happy I found them.
I’ve had a couple of different consultations for veneers for some of my smaller front teeth and within two minutes I knew Oval Dental is where I would come to get the procedure because of how professional and friendly they were! They explained everything so well, and the pricing was actually lower than I expected! Before leaving, I was able to see what my finished smile could look like, and get the exact pricing for everything that would be done. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you all so much!
