I’ve been going to see Dr. Vacarean for quite a while now. Throughout life, there’s always been the common dental anxiety for me; I never liked going here. However, you grow and learn to love it. Dr. Vacarean has been my prosthodontist for the past two years. I have never had a better dental providers. In my experience, Dr. Vacarean puts his patient's well-being first - always. In other words, Dr. V developed the most appropriate treatment plan for me and worked with my insurance company to get the most value possible. Dr. Vacarean really cares. I love this doctor but the lady at the desk does not know how to answer the phone. I have called so many times and no answer. Even when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment, the phone rang 5 times and she didn’t answer any of them. Thinking about leaving because it is so hard to talk to anyone here. Very disappointing.
