From day one of my egg retrieval journey, the team at Ova was right there by my side every step of the way. They are so incredibly warm and welcoming, which completely took the edge off a naturally stressful process. On top of that, the team's expertise made me feel so safe and completely taken care of. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Ova. Every single member of their team is incredibly inviting, friendly and so knowledgeable about the egg freezing process. I don't have time to elaborate right now, but will come back and note complete thoughts. I had the most incredible experience at OVA, from start to finish! I will be doing a second round in the autumn and cannot wait to catch up with all the wonderful people there. Do not go anywhere else, no one else will take care of you the way OVA will. If you want to feel like you have a team of amazing, competent women behind you through every step of the way, GO WITH OVA! I never felt like just another patient. I had my first meeting virtually to learn more as a first-timer and it felt very scripted. I was transparent about being in the information gathering phase and likely not going to start the process until the following year. Despite this, I felt like I was being pressured to scheduled my initial testing at the end of the call. It seems a little cash grab-y and I hoped the experience would feel more personal. I'll probably do my freezing elsewhere when the time feels right for me.
