I would recommend working with OVA to anyone interested in egg preservation. Their team is knowledgable and approachable and goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel supported. They made a very complicated and stressful process simple to understand and complete. Everyone from their front desk team to their techs, nurses and physicians were amazing.
I recently went through the egg freezing process with Ova and I would recommend them to anyone! The staff was so caring and professional and made the entire process easy! I will definitely be using them for any future fertility needs!
High hopes for OVA. Couple of things to know if you're considering: 1) The most important thing to understand is that OVA is a "layer" on top of Fertility Centers of Illinois. So if you want a nicer office environment and a non medical facility, start with OVA. Otherwise know that they're just a prettier office and almost all the actual medical stuff is outsourced (so in a way it felt to me like they were very inexperienced). I had the most amazing experience & care at Ova! Every person I encountered from start to finish welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so much more comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend their services in a heartbeat. Each staff member was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall just made me feel like I had known them longer than a few days. You will not regret your decision taking your fertility needs to Ova!
