Danger Gary's Mover repair shop Orangevale didn't repair our generator as promised 4 weeks later he gave nothing but excuses. Note I still was forced to pay for generators that were not repaired. 4 weeks wait no repairs made and i was still forced to pay to get them back.
Excellent Service and Repair New owners!!!! Tremendous Customer Service and Repair Work!!! I brought my 13 year old John Deere gas powered Edger in for service and it runs just like new!! By far, the best mower repair shop in the area.
Fair work I went to Garys Mower With a pressurewasher that needed warranty work. I was told it would take 7 to 10 Days. The work he did was good, but he had my equipment about 5 days too long. Other than that my experience was prety much positive. I would give him another shot at it. He was friendly and appolijized about the wait Thanks Gary. PROS: Good work CONS: Took a little too long
april1976 I took my weedeater in for war. work and they took good care of me! when i got the weedeater back it ran so good i decided to take my old mower in and it runs like new now! and its clean!!! great guys!! great work!!
When will you call me back??? Beware of everything about this shop. It is a shame that they are the only warranty shop nearby for troy built. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Brought my mower in to ask for an estimate on repairs. Two weeks pass and no call back. I called and asked if the estimate was ready and they acted like I was stupid to be calling so soon. bob w I have always taken my equipment there and have great service!! I just took in my riding mower ,self propelled mower and weedeater and they were cleaned up nice and they run great!! took 5 days but thats not bad since its spring!! they have also help with getting hard to get parts for my fathers old riding mower!!!
Poor Customer Service My husband bought a used weed eater from gary's, brought it home and it broke. we took it back the next day to return it but they would not give us our money back. Instead they fixed it and gave it back to us. We took it home and it broke again. We took it back the next day and again they refused to give us our money back. We left the weed eater there. GREAT SERVICE! I took my mower in for repair, and knew what was wrong with it right when he tried starting it, did something to it, and it was running great. Didn't even charge for me for it. Now I take all my yard equipment to them.
Dissatisfied with Tiller repair Went to Gary's Mower Shop because it was listed on the Troybilt web site as an authorized repair facility, and, because they told me it was a 7-10 day lead time.
