While the staff is kind and does great work, the amount of time it takes to be seen and have follow up completed is horrible. Because it has taken them months I will not be able to get my dentures because my insurance ends before they will be ready. I told them when this all started it had to be completed by 12/31. Now I have no teeth and no way to get any. They never did the cleaning or filled the cavities either.
I had a great experience! I received excellent customer service from beginning to end! I really enjoyed my interactions with Jasmine and Dr. Walker. I can tell that they are passionate in what they do!! Excellent customer service goes a long way! I ensured that I gave them their kudos!!! Dr. Walker is very thorough!! Went to the Norfolk location … ladies up front were pretty nice the day of but I called again to speak to someone about my results and those ladies were not too friendly at all and acted like if they were delusional to what my concern was. The NP Margarita &’ her nurse was very friendly and professional. The nurse that did my blood drawl was not too nice and didn’t have good manors at all. Then when I got a call about my results I spoke to a nurse “Mrs walker” who wasn’t too friendly at all. I informed her that my PT portal ... read more
