Good evening, everyone at the change. What I said, I spoke with the landlord. She's gonna take care of all the issues that's in my apartment. A lot of time does slow and getting things done but it get done so if you need a great place, this is a place to come. Are you gonna reach out to miss rushe's? The very sweet person. I loved living here. It has everything I need within walking distance and it’s right down the street from the beach! My neighbors were really friendly but everyone still seemed to mind their business which I liked. Maintenance responds very quickly! The building is very old & I believe it was a school in the early 1900s but the new management has done a good job at keeping up with property. One thing to look out for is that this area does not have proper surveillance, so lock your car doors and be safe leaving the building w... read more
