Excellent Steakhouse!!! The Prime Rib is Superb, along with outstanding sides & drinks!! The service was outstanding also & we had a very large group. They even have a very nice patio off the bar for summer evenings-really nice!! Love this place!!
Great Night Out – This is the best restaurant in the Winston area. We go rarely because it is over $30/ person but it is by far my favorite. We prefer to go Monday through Thursday because there is no wait. My two kids (7 & 4) love food and they are welcome but it is definitely not a "family restaurant".
An excellent family restaurant!!! – This was for a family dinner. Nine of us met at OutWest for my granddaughter's seventh birthday. The wait, for a Friday evening, was acceptable; approximately 45 minutes. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. The service was slow, but the waitress was very good. She had a wonderful personality without being obnoxious, silly, or over-the-top. When the food finally came, it was well worth the wait. Great food, nice atmosphere – We really enjoy going to OutWest. They have some very good steaks, the fish is excellent, and their appetizers are really different and good. Whenever we want to go out and have a little bit fancier steak experience, we usually always end up at OutWest. Just make sure you get there early enough, since they don't take reservations.
Worst Little Restaurant in Kernersville - OUT WEST STEAKHOUSE You are not going to believe what happened to Jacob and I and 8 of our close friends! Well what had happened. Here it goes... terrible birthday experience – Let me start with saying that the above letter was written by a very good friend of mine who was part of a suprise birthday party for me on 8-25-07. We all arrived at the crowded bar at outwest at 6:30 and waited for our table in the over crowded bar that we felt like we were in the way of everyone in there. Outwestisout – Let me say that I was the ring leader in the surprise birthday party as mentioned below as I was the one that waited an hour because they dont take reservations. We should have known they had no class just by that because a true upperscale restaurant would take reservations for ten people on a sat night. Outwest is the best! – Outwest Steakhouse and Saddleroom is a great dining experience, whether you are dining with your family or your date. The food is excellent and they have daily specials that are well worth trying. The restaurant is family owned and operated. You can even see one of the owners in the open kitchen window most days.
