BEST FILET EVER Outwest has the best filet I have ever eaten. The value is greater here than some of the famous chains. This is a weekly local hangout for me. In the summer, enjoy patio dining.
Can't believe it's in Kernersville! This restaurant is really great. Anyone who lives in Kernersville can tell you that good restaurants are few and far between here. This is a good restaurant...not just a good restaurant for Kernersville. Great steak, nice upscale atmosphere. It is where I take my out of town guests if I want to show them a nice time without driving too far.
Divine! The absolute best restaurant in Kernersville by far! I have been going here for years and I love it. The food is delicious - the crab cakes are divine! They have a cheesecake of the day, and it is always something truly special. Nothing in Kernersville compares to Outwest.
High prices, but great food OutWest is a great place to eat. There prices are a little on the high side, but their food has great. This is a nice restaurant for a nice evening out with the family.
Excellent Steakhouse!!! The Prime Rib is Superb, along with outstanding sides & drinks!! The service was outstanding also & we had a very large group. They even have a very nice patio off the bar for summer evenings-really nice!! Love this place!!

Great Night Out – This is the best restaurant in the Winston area. We go rarely because it is over $30/ person but it is by far my favorite. We prefer to go Monday through Thursday because there is no wait. My two kids (7 & 4) love food and they are welcome but it is definitely not a "family restaurant".
