Worst cleaning ever! I could’ve done a better job myself with windex. Paid extra for sills and screens to be washed and they don’t even looked touched. Reading these other reviews and wondering if the company wrote them themselves? There’s mention here of carbon fibre cleaning products and water purification- none of that was used on our bungalow - basic soap and water only which did not clean our windows. I was somewhat sceptical when Adrian the Outwash representative came long with his carbon fibre rods anttached to a brush along with the water purifying apparatus instead of the usual ladder and squeegee. He explained how the technology worked . Water was purified , brush on carbon fibre rod cleaned the windows and not a streak to be found on my two story house and no ladder needed .
