I’m very thankful for this Dr. FRancis care and support. She helped me get my A1C under control and is guiding me through a healthy, sustainable weight loss. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout this process. Highly recommend.
I want to share how thorough and caring Dr. Francis is. Answers all my questions, always answers phone call any time of day or night. Explained my labs so I could understand them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend if you are needing a primary care doctor. I was out of town, forgot my meds and an emergency prescription was called to the town I was in with no hesitation. Thank you Dr. Francis, I cannot praise you enough for how caring you are with patients.
Hello! I want to say that Dr. Francis is an amazing doctor! She really cares about her patients. She explained my labs to me and tells me what I need to do to get my A1C down and working with me step by step and if I have any questions or need to come in to see her I can call her anytime. I really appreciate her!! If anyone looking for a primary doctor I recommend Dr. Francis.

As a 43 year old women you may be shocked to know I’ve never understood my labs ,most doctors have always just told me my numbers are good . After becoming a patient at outstanding hope I found out there was actually more I needed to know about my numbers and they where actually not so good like I was told in the past.
