I called this company because I had a bathroom sink installed in a new house that had a oval yellow stain that looked exactly like missing glaze. I sent him a picture and he told me to get something first to see if the stain would come out. I did and the stain is GONE! He could have charged me hundreds of dollars to re-glaze the sink but he was honest enough to see if this 10.00 thing would work. AND IT DID!!! There are VERY few honest businesses and Bathrefinishing.net is definitely one of them.
