Wish I could give a 7-Star :). VIA Technical is the most professional recruitment Agency in North America. Their services to employees and employers is phenomenal. Haley and Armanda are super wonderful.
I have worked with a lot of recruiters but I have to say that Jessica Bailey has set a new standard for me. She is an outstanding communicator, super personable and so unbelievably efficient/organized. I feel like in all the stress of tech layoffs/job hunting, working with Jessica has been such a relief. It's almost like she is fighting alongside me haha Anyway, because of her I have to say that VIA Technical has a great eye for talent and I would recommend to all my friends for their next career move.
