I bought used Outside Van. We have had great help from service when we needed to add options or have any of our systems worked on.
These folks are some of the most talented van builders in the industry! Their quality and customer service is second to none. Would recommend to anyone interested in a van conversion.
I spent over a quarter million dollars on this van. And we get NO customer service when we call. Multiple calls, emails. I am beyond angry. We simply need answers to how they built certain things so that our mechanic can fix it. Not asking them to do the work. Perhaps it’s Mercedes fault? We can’t figure that out because the customer service at Outside Van is never available.
