Nicki is great! Keeps it real so you can’t BS your way though therapy.
The only advice she had for me, consistently, was "take a mindful shower. Listen to trauma healing binaural beats."
Would not even recommend to an enemy. Or even trying to schedule an appointment. Changed in office visit, to online visit. Then after finishing all the documents. The appointment just got canceled without any communication. No one answers the phone. Or calls back. Highly recommend Great Lakes Psychology.
