I am so grateful for the services, staff, and safe environment Outside In provides to the community. Thank you to everyone who works hard to keep this facility up and running.
I had three appointments teo for eyes and one for hearing for my mother who is 86 years old. On the day of the 1st appointment it was cancelled due to illness. I made another appointment again on the day of the appointment it was cancelled due to child care arrangements. The 3rd appointment was cancelled and my appointment could have been cancelled the day before but no one was bothered to call me. I only knew when I called to check what time they were coming.
