Damaged New Truck – Had damage done to my new 07' truck and they refused to compensate me. Heard something scratching the top of my cab and immediately brought it to the attention of management. After looking over my truck, I found deep scratches all over my cab. Their response was to tell me that nothing in thier wash can do this.
