Tom have consistently exceeded my expectations by anticipanting my needs and creating memorable, positive experiences. I’m glad to find Outright Plumbing to install the hot water system for my property. With the condition of our backyard is sloped, after the on site inspection from Kai, he was really helpful to give us the advice how could make it the best option. Our first thought was to install the hot pump system but it won’t suit our conditions after Kai’s inspection. We have used this crew four times now and they are the best trade company I've ever used. They respond quickly, are very polite and skilled at what they do. We even had Tom show up one day and single handedly dismantle and dispose of a water tank that was messing up the toilets and blocking access. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the service from Kai and the team at Outright Plumbing. The work done was on time, was well-priced and a really neat, efficient solution to the problem. It involved moving a down-pipe from the front of the roof to the side wall. See pictures. It's usually hard to find the right plumbing service, especially for roof leaks, but in our case these guys were a great choice.

From first contact via the webchat to job competition, Outright Plumbing were very day to deal with and did a great job. Todd turned up on time, explained the job to me and quoted me a reasonable price. Job was done with no fuss and the site was left tidy. Very happy. Will use again.
