Excellent experience from start to finish. The call out process was easy and Outright were so responsive & maintained excellent communication about timing of attendance, which was very prompt. Excellent service by Callum onsite, and great pricing. I could not recommend Outright more highly, a great company.
Tom fixed my water service today & I'm very happy with his work
Extremely fast response times when using their online enquiry/booking feature. Was able to organise a plumber to come on the same day to fix a blocked toilet. Friendly staff, prompt and efficient service.
