Had a burst pipe and contacted Outright Plumbing — couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was fantastic. Great communication from start to finish, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was very courteous throughout. He took real care when removing bricks to access the pipe and ensured there was minimal damage to the outer wall, which I really appreciated. Eager to help and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Can’t thank Tom enough!!! He was fantastic!! He rang around to find us a new hot water service, got rid of the old one and replaced it with a new one. Very prompt , professional and explained everything to us. Nothing was too much for him, went out of his way to ensure we had hot water by the end of the day. Definitely would recommend this plumbing company to all. Thanks so much Tom, much appreciated.

Tom was fantastic! He came out at short notice to replace our hot water system, sourced everything quickly, installed it efficiently, and even took the old one away. The price was fair and his communication was clear and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Tom hooked up my self filling water bowl quickly and neatly. He was lovely, polite and explained the job in a manner that made it easy for a layman to understand. Required materials were on hand, so the quote (provided on the spot) could be accepted and work completed same day. GREAT outcome. Thank you!
