Tom and Steve came to fix a leak. We had a prior quote from another company who wanted to take down half our roof to locate the problem. They found the issue leaking shower make a small hole to fix the issue. Very honest trustworthy tradesman. Highly recommend them. Fair price

We woke up 6am on Wednesday morning with no hot water. Google'd a local plumber and found Outright. Within an hour of calling I received a call back from Tom, and with in 3hrs they where onsite and straight to work. Before 12pm that day, we had a new hot water system, installed and the old one gone without a trace. The entire team where incredibly polite, Tom was completely honest from the get go, and more then happy to answer any questions. Had a burst pipe and contacted Outright Plumbing — couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was fantastic. Great communication from start to finish, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was very courteous throughout. He took real care when removing bricks to access the pipe and ensured there was minimal damage to the outer wall, which I really appreciated. Eager to help and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Tom was fantastic and came to the rescue so quickly when we had a leaking hot water system. He was the fastest and the fairest price with an honest nature. Within hours we were back up and running and are thrilled with our new electric hot water system and the service provided by himself AND the electricians he went out of his way to organise.
