Very prompt service. We will happily reuse and refer others to this family business. Alex came to inspect our roof leak the same day I phoned, sending us a very competitive quote. We particularly liked how the quote was presented with various options individually costed. Once I accepted the quote, Alex was able to book us in promptly, as there was a degree of urgency. When finished, I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean Alex had left our carport.

Tom and Steve came to fix a leak. We had a prior quote from another company who wanted to take down half our roof to locate the problem. They found the issue leaking shower make a small hole to fix the issue. Very honest trustworthy tradesman. Highly recommend them. Fair price

We woke up 6am on Wednesday morning with no hot water. Google'd a local plumber and found Outright. Within an hour of calling I received a call back from Tom, and with in 3hrs they where onsite and straight to work. Before 12pm that day, we had a new hot water system, installed and the old one gone without a trace. The entire team where incredibly polite, Tom was completely honest from the get go, and more then happy to answer any questions. We needed some urgent attention to some loose and dislodged roof tiles. Outright Plumbing responded very promptly to my text enquiry, and then allocated a time very early on the Monday morning. Tom arrived right at the agreed time. We had a chat about the job and he explained very clearly what was involved, gave me a price, and promptly set about doing the work involved. Steven did a great job fixing the drain. He was professional, arrived on time, and quickly identified the problem. The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean afterwards. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work!
