Had a burst pipe and contacted Outright Plumbing — couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was fantastic. Great communication from start to finish, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was very courteous throughout. He took real care when removing bricks to access the pipe and ensured there was minimal damage to the outer wall, which I really appreciated. Eager to help and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the whole team, messaged after hours on the Tuesday hoping to speak to someone the Wednesday morning but received a reply Tuesday night (I felt bad as it was past 9pm and was not expecting a reply at all) Courtney and Jess on messenger and phone calls A plumber was organised for Wednesday morning and my mum has water pressure in her granny flat again! Tom hooked up my self filling water bowl quickly and neatly. He was lovely, polite and explained the job in a manner that made it easy for a layman to understand. Required materials were on hand, so the quote (provided on the spot) could be accepted and work completed same day. GREAT outcome. Thank you!

Wanted to take a moment to share about my experience with Outright Plumbing. From the moment I called, Courtney was amazing. She was super helpful with scheduling and all the paperwork, making the whole process seamless. To my surprise, Tom was at my property within an hour of my call! He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue on the spot. Both Tom and Courtney were helpful, prompt, and so easy to work with.
