Outreach Therapy is amazing! They contacted me quickly to schedule the evaluation. We were scheduled for my son’s first session within 2 weeks of evaluation to make the goals and services. The evaluator explained the results to us at that time! Our first visit with our therapist was amazing with the OT. She reviewed our goals and worked great with our son! Such a great pediatric therapy practice. Everyone is friendly and professional, and they do a wonderful job working with kids. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids they work with.
My son has been a client since they opened. We started attending because we LOVED my son's OT he had through First Steps. I love that it is a fun therapy clinic, made just for kids. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. I am so glad Outreach opened, so that we had a pediatric therapy office close by.
Was referred to their office the middle of October 2025 and got a call same day to be seen about two weeks later. Came in for the visit end of October 2025 and saw the Student and OT who both seemed confused by why we were referred to their office but continued with the consult. Was told they would submit their notes to insurance for a plan of care and follow up to schedule an appointment. Not sure how long insurance takes and with the holiday, I waited until early December 2025 to follow-up. I had even looked on the patient... read more
