Glasses took longer than expected, did not fit and prescription was not correct. I asked them to adjust the Glasses, they just heated the frame and did nothing for the lens.
Excellent service. Dr. sent me to Emergency- just in case. He was correct to do so. Saved my vision. Good to have people so knowledgeable taking care. Thank you. Bob
It was very convenient getting my exam on the island. I was a first time customer, but the receptionist and the doctor were both friendly. The appointment started a few minutes late (due to a late ferry) but was completed in a timely matter. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I still can't believe that Dr Jassal was willing to come from the island to see my mom (she lives in Langley!). He was also so nice and friendly, the whole experience was a pleasure. I really am at a loss for words - we were pretty desperate to get some help for my mom and you all came through for her in such a big way. Thank you very much for offering this service. I know it means the world to my mom to be able to read again.
