They are hard to get ahold of & very slow at returning your call. Appointments are set out too far, in some cases. The crisis hotline was not answered and the mailbox was full.
My experience was not that great. Even after requesting that no one be in the room except me and my doctor, they always wanted to have a student in there too. I usually don't mind this when asked by doctors but they didn't ask permission here at all and at every visit I had to request this over and over and sometimes I just let it go. Also, at my last visit, my doctor got angry at me because I was feeling bad and wasn't improving with much attempt to help. She raised her voice at me in anger because I had been feeling bad. Now put three stars only because I always have a hard time reaching them on the phone. I have to call them like 10,000 times. I’ve been calling them all morning this morning and they have not picked up yet.
Office on Armstrong is friendly and inviting. Therapists and Counselors always abatible and are able to fit patients in as quickly as possible. Great experience for a 10yo
